HCU Degrees are International and are awarded from Global Evangelical Christian College & Seminary, of Montgomery, Alabama, and is listed as a Post Secondary Exempt School offering legal and nongovernmental accredited, Diplomas, Earned Degrees and Honorary Doctoral Degrees.

Note: For purposes of clarity, KOHRAC utilizes the term Indigenous to refer to First Nations, Indigenous Peoples, Aboriginals and Sovereign citizens. The Indigenous Peoples include over 6% of the world’s population and therefore includes a wide variety of references and terms.

The Kingdom of Hawai`i Royal Accreditation Commission (KOHRAC) was formed January 2018, by HRM King Edmund K. Paki-Silva Jr.
King Keli`i’s Decree announcing the formation of KOHRAC states that KOHRAC ‘s purpose is to provide clear recognition of Indigenous cultures and unique methods of education and acknowledgement of the Way of Knowing common to all indigenous People.
The unique educational tools developed over a two-year period are provided by KOHRAC to form a bridge to conventional Western higher education measurement. KOHRAC includes development of Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate level Indigenous Knowledge course curriculum. KOHRAC has designed for its members Indigenous education methods, progress measurement tools, and testing programs. These innovations based on Indigenous methodology represent a unique niche of higher education which honors the Way of Knowing and its individual application for personal education and growth.
The authority for this accreditation program is issued by King Edmund K. Paki-Silva Jr., Ali`i Nui Mō`ī, Sovereign King of The Kingdom of Hawai`i. The Kingdom of Hawai`i is an independent, self-regulated and self-governing country which exists within and claims the area of the Hawaiian Archipelago. The authority for this accreditation program is issued by King Edmund K. Paki-Silva Jr., Ali`i Nui Mō`ī, Sovereign King of The Kingdom of Hawai`i. HRM King Edmund K. Paki-Silva Jr., issued a Decree on January 1, 2018, establishing as a Nation an accreditation commission in order to instill the highest standards of education for the Nation. KOHRAC, The Kingdom of Hawai`i Royal Accreditation Commission, was born and is chartered not only to monitor curriculum but to create an array of helpful monitoring tools and testing methods which fits into the Indigenous Way of Knowing and culture.
King Paki-Silva established KOHRAC to provide an avenue for Indigenous Peoples around the world, more than 6% of the global population, with equivalent-quality higher education programs. KOHRAC adheres to the highest standards for its rules and regulations of development and acceptance.
